Terms of Service

The resource is published and licensed by noBit.dev. The sale itself is made by Tebex Limited as merchant of record: they take the payment, issue the invoice, account for any VAT, and are the trader for the purchase contract. Their company details and address are in the Impressum and checkout terms linked below.

Payment happens on Tebex, and you accept their store terms and conditions when you place the order. Those terms govern the transaction itself, and where anything on this page conflicts with them, the terms you accepted at checkout apply: https://gr4cka.tebex.io/terms/checkout

A licence to use the resource on your own FiveM server. You are not buying ownership of it, and the licence is granted to you rather than transferred with a sale of your server.

• +Escrow — an encrypted build, protected by Tebex escrow, with automatic updates.
• +Source — the full, unobfuscated source, which you may edit and re-brand for your own server.

Neither licence permits you to resell, redistribute, share, or publish the resource or its source, in whole or in part, including in a leak or a public repository.

Delivery is immediate. Once payment clears, the resource is released to the Cfx.re account you linked at checkout, and any Discord role is assigned to the account you connected. Keep those accounts linked, as they are how your purchase is identified later.

The resource is digital content and is delivered to you immediately. Purchases are final and we do not offer refunds, as set out in the checkout terms you accept when you pay.

If it does not work as described, come to the Discord before anything else. Almost everything turns out to be a setup problem we can solve with you, and we would rather fix it than leave you with something you cannot use.

None of this removes rights you have by law. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, your statutory rights over faulty or misdescribed digital content stand regardless of what this page or the checkout terms say.

Support is provided in our Discord. Updates are published through Tebex and, for escrow builds, applied automatically. We do not promise a specific support response time or an indefinite update period.

The resource is provided as is. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost player data, server downtime, or any indirect loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you buy. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
