Privacy Policy

noBit.dev ("we") operates nobit.dev and is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at nobit1337@gmail.com, or in our Discord for anything that is not a formal data request.

We set three cookies, all of them strictly necessary to run a purchase. None are used for advertising, profiling, or tracking you across other sites, which is why you are not asked to consent to them.

• +nobit_basket — the identifier of your Tebex basket, so your selection and sign-in survive a page reload. Expires after 7 days.
• +nobit_discord — your Discord ID and username, only if you choose to connect Discord. Expires after 30 days.
• +nobit_discord_state — a random value used to verify that a Discord sign-in came from us and not from an attacker. Expires after 10 minutes.

All three are httpOnly, so scripts running in your browser cannot read them. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings, and you can clear the Discord one from the account menu on this site.

• +Cfx.re username — when you link your Cfx.re account, so the resource can be delivered to you. Necessary to perform the contract.
• +Discord ID and username — only if you connect Discord, so your customer role can be assigned automatically after purchase. Optional, based on your consent, and you can unlink at any time.
• +Order and payment data — collected and processed by Tebex, not by us. See below.
• +Aggregate usage statistics — page views, the page you arrived from, approximate location from your country down to city level, and your browser, operating system and device type. Collected without cookies and without any identifier that follows you to other sites. Based on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.

• +Tebex Limited — our payment processor and merchant of record. They collect your name, email address, billing address, payment details, and IP address, and are an independent controller for that data under their own privacy policy.
• +Cfx.re (FiveM) — when you authorise a basket, to confirm which account the purchase belongs to.
• +Discord — if you connect your account, we request only the identify scope, which returns your ID, username, and avatar. We store the ID and username, and nothing else.
• +YouTube — the product video loads only if you press play. Until then no request is made to YouTube, and we use the no-cookie player domain.
• +Vercel — our hosting provider, which processes request data such as your IP address in order to serve the site, and which also provides the analytics described above. Vercel derives a visitor hash from each request rather than setting a cookie, and discards it after 24 hours; your IP address is not stored against the statistics.

Everything to do with paying — your name, email address, billing address, payment details and IP address — is collected by Tebex Limited, who are the controller for that data, not us. The data we hold ourselves lives only in the cookies listed above and expires on the schedule given. Order records are held by Tebex under their own retention policy, because they are the merchant of record and are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes.

If you are in the EU or UK you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time — unlinking Discord does exactly that.
