About

A FiveM pool script that plays like real pool

8-ball and 9-ball for two players, plus a practice mode, on any pool table in the world. Every shot runs on its own physics engine, players are animated at the table with their own cue, and a clean HUD shows the score, clock, power and spin.

Custom billiards animations

Players don't stand next to a floating cue. Animations made for this script put them at the table and follow every shot, from lining up to the follow-through.

Enter, aim, draw back, strike, recover and exit clips

Full 8-ball and 9-ball rules

Legal breaks, open table, groups, fouls and ball in hand, all checked by the server.

8-ball: call your pocket for the 8, lose on an early or wrong pocket
9-ball: hit the lowest ball first, pot the 9 to win
30-second shot clock, paused while balls move
Practice mode with free cue ball placement and rerack

Physics you can feel

Sliding and rolling balls, top, back and side spin, cut-shot throw, cushions with angled pocket jaws. The same physics runs on the server and on every client, so every shot looks the same to everyone.

Cheat-proof by design

The shooter only sends the shot's inputs. The server simulates it, applies the rules and sends the result to the players and anyone watching. Shot inputs, ball-in-hand spots and table reports are all checked and rate-limited.

Standalone and light

No framework and nothing else to install. Translatable through a single locale file, every key can be rebound, and sounds are made live in the browser, so there are no audio files. Measured at about 0.3 ms per frame while watching a shot, and close to nothing when no one is playing.
